Spruce is a great company with a great goal. The rates PG&E are charging are just way to high!

Very poor customer service. No one will answer the phone or return calls. 1 star is generous
No one would answer the phone, return messages, or emails. What should have taken a week to do took many weeks. My solar company had to give me the direct line to a manager to get the transaction completed. At least he was productive and understanding.
