I called and left a message, my call was returned within a couple of hours. An estimate time and date was set up and Stanley showed up on time and on the date requested. We received the estimate within a couple of hours. We requested information from Stanley in reference to insurance and licensing and received that information immediately. We accepted the bid. After this unusually long cold winter I contacted Clean Palms to inspect and advise me as to the health of my palm trees. Stan made an appointment with me and was right on time he took the time to listen to my concerns. I found Stan to be very knowledgeable. Stan also took the time to explain to me his findings, and how to repair the issues. Am looking forward to working with Stan on maintaining my trees into the future.
