I was very disappointed. I went to the Tyson's Corner store to buy a replica ring for travel. I loved the Medusa 2 1/4 ctw Pear Lab-Grown Diamond Engagement Ring with Tapered Baguette Side Accents. The jewelry is lovely, but the service was horrible. I made and appointment through their website(via calendy), but when I came in the salesperson was not expecting me and had no record of it. He was very nice and he tried, but he was very new and did not know what was in stock and had not been properly trained. After I tried on a piece and pointed out it was missing a stone, another man came out from the back to take it but he did not introduce himself or help me or his co-worker in any way.
