Management will lie to you! sell you something one price and then on renewal charge higher price. plus an unauthorized charge to my card!!! Fraud reported to the bank! The women do excellent job of cleaning the car. The men on the other hand do halfassed to get you out of there. after the men clean the car i have to redo it!
The employees was great, they didn’t try to force me to get something I didn’t want. They did a very good job all around. My issues here are with the management and the all around cleanliness of the place. Having the bathroom right next to where guests sit to wait is disgusting. At one point an employee fell and the management started laughing about it and recording it from the security cameras onto their personal phone. It was very unprofessional to say the least. The office was horribly cramped and dirty.
