I was given a coupon that gets me a month free of washes if I purchase a month. So when I called this morning to cancel your auto billing process, your staff told me since I was cancelling I wouldn’t get that free month?? And my washes would end the first week of June...which isn’t even a full month to begin with! He said if I had a problem with this to call back on a weekday and speak to the owner/manager. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I’m regretting doing any business with you.
