I was very grateful that they could accommodate a very short notice appointment. Hayden was super kind, patient and knowledgeable, going the extra mile explaining the work that they were doing, the things that they found, etc. Plus went above and beyond helping me with the ventilation of my dryer that wasn't done properly in the past and it could bring lots of problems in the future. I will definitely do my yearly duct cleaning here going forward. I recommend 100%
