I had a very disappointing experience with Clean Melbourne Professional for a fabric sofa cleaning in Clyde North. I booked them to clean a 3+2 fabric sofa set and an ottoman. Unfortunately, the work was very poor – they only cleaned the top surfaces without even bothering to lift and clean under the cushions or around the edges. Initially, the quote was $185, but then it was changed to $200, and after starting the job, they demanded another $70 – very unprofessional.
