Every-time I get my car clean here it’s always done poorly. I try my best to be nice about it but if ima continue to pay for a membership the service needs to improve. I just got my car cleaned and my windshield has greasy streaks & car poorly wiped down. I paid an extra $19 on Saturday to have my doors and dash wipe down and that wasn’t done properly. This my second time getting my car cleaned within a week something is always missed or poorly done. After this month I’m planning on canceling my membership.

I have been coming to this place for years because for the most part, Im always satisfied. But as for the last year or so the staff has become super lazy and rush on ur car! I come just about every week or other week. Im constantly having to repeat the same things and the lady manager is super rude and dismissive. Like people are paying their money and u have the audacity to be rude and acting as if it doesn’t matter. Today I could easily see my car wasn’t washed properly and it was still dirt on it.
