Every-time I get my car clean here it’s always done poorly. I try my best to be nice about it but if ima continue to pay for a membership the service needs to improve. I just got my car cleaned and my windshield has greasy streaks & car poorly wiped down. I paid an extra $19 on Saturday to have my doors and dash wipe down and that wasn’t done properly. This my second time getting my car cleaned within a week something is always missed or poorly done. After this month I’m planning on canceling my membership.
Very disappointed. Paid $21 and it certainly did not shine! The driver side floor mat was shook out but the carpet still had a lot of dirt. The console was not cleaned.
Today's experience was horrible. The outside of the car was beautiful. They cleaned my mats as requested, but nothing else.
