Canceled monthly membership to disabled veteran due to small rack on tailgate door for wheelchair lift, never had problem in use several months, but new policy said no takes an extra minute so canceled /refused veteran! Disgusting & sad.
Damaged my car. Claimed they did not . Showed video from above of car passing thru wash Damage was done to lower right fender. Manager edited video from above not showing car as it exited from car wash. You cannot see damage being done from above because the car was damaged on the lower right fender and out of view from the camera. POOR COMMUNICATION from administration. I love my monthly subscription with Mister Car Wash! It’s convenient, affordable, and keeps my car looking sharp—like it’s been detailed by the pros! The car soaps foam nicely really get all the ick off, and tire shine are top-notch, and I appreciate the free vacuum service. The staff is always friendly and very welcoming!
