Marcus the “manager” was very rude I went through this car wash last week and my windshield was cracked as a result I have three kids I travel 40 minutes for work everyday and have to deal with this! They are refusing to help in any way when I asked for customer service or corporate number her laughed and said we don’t have one. I had a great experience thanks to Yoilian S.! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my white SUV. I had these awful black spots on it (I’m pretty sure they were tar from a truck), and they were very noticeable. He took the time to explain the best membership option since it would let me come back as many times as needed to keep working on getting the spots removed. gave it 4 stars when Clean Machine, since Mister Car wash staff was lazy pre spray did not even focus on bugs. Also dent on roof. Stopped going here.
