I love this place! I come here mostly to wash blankets and bedspread. They have machines that take up to 8 loads. The place is kept well maintained and clean. The token machines are easy to use. The price is good since you can fit quite a lot in the machines.
Staff are very rude and discriminate people. Iv been on a long bike ride and still have to go all the way to Edgewood area and I had to use the restroom badly and I go in and they told me in very rude tone of voice "unless you are doing laundry here you can't use the restroom." discrimination is wrong. I get it like druggies being disrespectful and doing highly illegal things is not okay but like you can't just be rude like that. Had the best experience today… LaNya is the only attendant I’ve seen here in years. Upon arrival she saw that I had a heavy load, she immediately came to aid and assist. She held the door for us, grabbed the perfect basket for us, I had trouble with the washer, she helped without asking, she also did the same thing for everyone who showed up after me.
