We had a great experience with Clean Image. From quote to completion, the office team was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Chris did a fantastic job cleaning our Mexican tile and adding vibrancy. We would highly recommend. Before and after photos.
They did a fantastic job repairing and polishing all of my travertine floors. They had overlooked two small holes and they came back the next day to rectify and to ensure that we were completely satisfied!
Absolutely the best company. Prompt, attention to detail , experts in their field!!! Would rate them a 10 if I could!!
1 star. Would not recommend. Communication was poor from the start. Getting clear answers was like pulling teeth, and they constantly avoided straightforward questions. They used cheap chemicals and refused to disclose exactly what products they were putting down, which is a major red flag for any professional service. Transparency matters, especially when it comes to materials and safety. This felt shady and unprofessional. Save your time and money and go with someone who actually communicates and stands behind their work.
