Great customer service, kind/trustworthy technicians, and eco-friendly cleaning products (if that is important to you). However, my cleanings were always sub-par, hence the 3 star rating. Small things were missed and my house never fully felt clean when they left. A couple examples: kid fingerprints still on a mirror, vertical surface of a dresser not wiped down, floorboards ignored, the lip of my bathroom sink still had small hairs on it, corners still dusty, hanging pictures were crooked. Sami is our regular cleaner and she does a really good job. She’s very efficient at what she does. She’s very personable and I like that the same cleaner comes the house always looks and smells so clean when she’s done. She is a very valuable asset to your company.
Have had them clean our place regularly for a few months and they've been outstanding! The cleaning that was today was very good. A trustworthy company that always does a great job.
