Sadly, this is the second time we have used CHM and this experience was awful. We have a 1700 sq ft house: 3bed 2.5 bath. I would say our house is overall clean, we had actually cleaned the bathrooms the weekend before our service, and we don’t have places for Knick knacks. We were quoted $475 which seemed steep, but it was a deep clean so we understood. The crew was running two hours late, which wasn’t a big deal so they showed up to our house at 3 PM. I decided to use Clean Heart Maids for a deep clean + package of monthly cleans based on a few local influencers who raved about them. Initially I was pretty happy with their services. If there were spots they missed, I reported them in feedback to be noted for next time. That did happen a few times. I have three dogs (which is primarily why I opted for a package of monthly cleans - lots of dog hair), and I work from home, so whenever the cleaners came, I had to figure out a place for all of us to go. Top notch cleaning service that goes above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend!
We love Clean Heart Maids!!! We have them come in once a month and it is ALWAYS worth it. They are so thorough and always leave our kids a sweet surprise by folding their blankets into hearts! Too sweet! Their communication is wonderful and they are always checking in to make sure we are satisfied with their work!
The cleaning was good.
