This was my first time using Clean Hale Hawaii and I was very impressed. Scheduling and communication was prompt and professional. However, more significantly I had a chance to meet Edita, who serviced my property. Edita was very friendly and professional, and represented the company well. Tako and Alex were wonderful, and really helped clean up Dad’s apartment! Smelled nice and clean, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, scrubbed sinks and toilet, so happy! Will definite use Clean Hale Hawai’i again! Much Mahalo Clean Hale Hawai’i!
Staff were eager to please and made sure we did a thorough walk through at the end of service…..gave me accurate assessment of time needed to finish cleaning given detailed assessment of cleaning opportunities. Staff pointed out areas that required further deep cleaning….i would be happy to call again for service.
