They were kind, friendly, explained everything, showed up on time, and did a great job! The tech was also very nice!! Will be using them again.
Had a 9am to 11pm window. Never heard anything. I called talked to Rocky asking about my appt. Said he would call me back in 15min. A hour later Rocky called me back wanting to know what I needed?? Told him again no carpet tech. Said he would call Ryan to see what's up. ROCKY called me back 30min later again wanting to know how he could help me??? Tech never showed up Haven't heard anything else from Green Clean I donnot recommend make your own decision. Also they canceled me once.
This was truly a fantastic experience. My carpets were leaned expertly by a technician that knew what he was doing
They went above and beyond to help me get my apartment cleaned.
