Missed our house often for pick up. With the trash sitting out all day not being picked up, crows will sometimes get into it making a big mess. They are not reliable.

The price sounded right and we enjoyed the service for the first few months. But then they began to miss trash pickups, which meant I would be out picking up trash and recycling that had blown out of the cans. Not to mention having to call and remind them. Last week they missed a pickup right before I was heading out on vacation, meaning the trash might stay out at the curb for a full week.
