If there was an option to give it to zero Stars I would! I brought my black 2013 Expedition Limited that didn't have a mark on it before I brought it to their and now it's all scratched down the right side of the truck! I wish they let you post pictures on this page because if I shared the pictures you would not take your car here.
Awesome job and staff My car was shiny and like new
I have gotten my minivan detailed, and can I say, with kids it was gnarley inside. Looked brand new when I got it back. I have given gift cards on more than one occasion for detailing here.
extremely disappointed!! poor workmanship and stains all over after the wash including the mirrors. not 100% clean wash. would not come again.

Got my car washed today and it took not even 5 min for my car to go through. The wash didn't get all of the pollen off my car and they did a terrible job wiping off my car. My car got a better wash at a gas station wash them this one did. Not going back.

Pollen is very easy to wash, if it did not come off, it may not have been pollen. We wash hundreds of cars a day with no issues. We will always re-wash your car free if there is ever an issue. Anytime you are not completely satisfied please come back so that we can wash your car again. Satisfaction guaranteed or we rewash it free.
Went in and bought the monthly wash, and went through fine, next time they said my account wasn't active and made me wait in the wash room for 5 min while they verified, had to hand them a receipt. Then went back a third time and the wash broke a STOCK piece off my car and was told "you've been through the wash before? Then it's not our fault!" Will be going back tommorrow to file an insurance claim and getting my money back for damages and the monthly subscription refunded. If they don't I will have to take further action. ... read more
