I went to the hickory creek location (not this location) to get my wife’s 2023 CX5 washed. Instead I got a half clean car and the entire rear back area severely scratched. I filed an incident report and the manager called me and told me the scratched areas were there before but yet COULDNT SHOW ME PROOF??? If it was there before, then You would have nothing to hide by showing me!! Staff was nice and friendly. Liked that this location can handle larger vehicles.
Man this place used to be so good. I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years. But unfortunately I am disheartened by the recent events that’s have transpired. In the past 3 months they’ve damaged TWO of my cars. Both times they’ve given me the same excuse that the damage was there before hand. I had showed photos of one of the cars literally minutes before and there was absolutely no damage going into this car wash.
