I use the automatic touchless carwash, it used to be great, but lately I've noticed it not doing the full service I paid for like it'll skip wax or undercarriage or spot free rinse, etc.
LOVE this place! I live a few hours from Provo but was in town for a few weeks for business. I love washing my car with manual washes. The second day I was in town, I put $20 in the token machine and got 25 tokens. I figured I would wash my car about 3 times with that. First, I was so excited they had a tri-foam wash! Took $2 away bay not working and no number to call bad service
Busted second bay , beware the control box doesnt work and it took 5 dollars from me , before i realized it. Afterwards I had to use the next bay which leaks water from the ceiling and drips all over you. Bad , bad , bad. Will not go back. Tried to call but the number is not valid. Shady !!
We've been coming for years, but the self-serve car wash has gone downhill. We tried to put 7 quarters in the place you put the money and the machine wouldn't accept it, so we ran our card on the payment reader and got charged $10.00 instead of the $1.75 it was supposed to cost. We will contest the charge through our bank, but definitely not great business practice to overcharge your guests. The brush wasn't putting soap out either, when selected. This was the 2nd stall to the right of the change machines.
