I am trying to cancel my membership. When I asked if I even had a membership, I was told no, yet my card has been charged for several months. The only way to cancel is through a QR code that can only be accessed on-site, and the employees there say they cannot cancel the membership for me.
Membership is worth it.
I've had a membership for the past 4-5 months and haven't been very impressed. My vehicle never comes out 100% clean and the wheel shine is hit or miss. On top of that, I've noticed multiple scratches, the paint on my fender has been deteriorating and my passenger side mirror has been damaged. A few times my mirror has been flipped the opposite direction because of the bristle arms and now either folds improperly or not at all. Update 1y later - hi can yall please fix your vacuums? Seems like more than half have basically no suction. Good price and not too crowded. Only issue was no towels to dry with despite advertising them and one of my vacuums was weak
