This car wash was amazing. Oscar provided kindness and friendly experience. I appreciate his customer service and support.
The carwash is in a convenient location, but it’s never working correctly. Because I have a month unlimited plan, I recognize when it’s not functioning right. I’ve notified them numerous times. The rinse has been broken for months now which leaves a soapy grit on your car. There’s a light rinse towards the end but there is supposed to be a heavier rinse before that which hasn’t worked in months. Because it’s been so long, I believe it’s intentional, presumably to save water…but that’s not what we’ve paid for.
Good service and free vacuum 👍🏻 I like to use the clean towel. Everything works well. Everyone in there is so nice. I still love it. 🥰
