I have a monthly pass and can go thru twice on the same day which I do alot of times as their wash is okay but typically never gets the wheel wells and I leave the car wash perfectly cleaned truck with muddy wheel wells. I try to always get it with a cleaning spray and muddy up the free towels they give you but still ok deal vacuums and air hose always working order and usually always have fresh clean towels.
The worst treatment I have ever experienced in my life occurred today, May 28, 2026, at approximately 1:40 PM. The individual who identified himself as the “Head of Operations” — I believe his name was Nick — acted in an extremely aggressive and unprofessional manner toward me. I have been coming to this location for the past two years to clean my car without any issues. Not open during posted business hours. Arrived and waited past opening time, but no employees appeared out of the building to open up car wash lane. Edit to add: Since the company advised me in a comment below, to call them ahead of me arriving, to ensure they are open... that solidified I will never use their service again. If they readd my actual complaint, they will know we were there during their posted business hours.
