I bought the monthly unlimited pass online rather than at the car wash because I thought it would save time. "Just show any attendant your emailed code, they will put the e-pass on your window and you're all set" it said on the company web site. But no, she had to have my credit card to swipe again "to make sure it was me" she said. Really? Who is the email addressed to? It's in MY PHONE .. the email came to me.
