I visited this location on 11/3 for a wash. During the wash I noticed the high pressure rinse was only spraying a solid jet on the passenger side of my car and no where else. I informed an employee upon exit. My car was still soapy and dusty. The employee responded that the machine was broken and the part is on back order. I requested a refund since it only washed half my car. When I showed the manager (Raymond) the dirt, he told me that the dust was from driving from the exit of the car wash to the vaccum area.(only on the... read more
