Been a member since it opened in flagstaff. It appears they are trying to save money by not using soap . Every other clean freaks in the valley has a good amount of soap being dispensed. Can’t wait for the new car wash down the street to open. Not a good way to do business. With no soap and the brushes going that’s how you get scratches on your clear coat.
The wash is good, but I was never correctly charged the promotional price and now they just keep charging me 35.00 a month, even though I have put a membership cancelation request in and even got the credit amount applied to my credit card through my credit card company! This is ridiculous! Anyhow, won't do business with them again, EVER!!!
I visited this location on 11/3 for a wash. During the wash I noticed the high pressure rinse was only spraying a solid jet on the passenger side of my car and no where else. I informed an employee upon exit. My car was still soapy and dusty. The employee responded that the machine was broken and the part is on back order. I requested a refund since it only washed half my car. not a fan anymore. went today for basic wash and quite a bit of the soap left on my vehicle. then got to the drying area in the tunnel and my car starts to roll backwards -- no, it wasn't in drive. it was in neutral. attendant waves for me to go through, so I put in drive and, thankfully, get out without any damage to my vehicle just quite a bit of soap left on it that dried on the windows, etc. The vehicle behind me had same issue with soap not being rinsed off.
