About every time I go there at least one of the brushes are not working. The one guy (i thinK he is the manager) is the ruddiest person. I will not ever go there again....
They did not add my new truck correctly. I only noticed I’ve been over charged for at least 3 months. They won’t do a refund. I may have to listen to my mechanic and stop using them. Update, still being overcharged and zero response or corrective action. They’re on the brink of losing a very angry consumer. I have words and I will use them.

Treat customers as VALUED customers not not just an ends to a mean. Make customers feel appreciated - heck, special even. And, make sure the equipment works - all of it - each and every day. Today is the third consecutive day that one of the four black spinning devices has not functioned and therefore not cleaned my car. Slowest service I’ve ever gotten here. One hour to wash and wax, people have come after me and are already gone. The service has really gone down hill here. They used to be quick and efficient guess those days are gone.
