Treat customers as VALUED customers not not just an ends to a mean. Make customers feel appreciated - heck, special even. And, make sure the equipment works - all of it - each and every day. Slowest service I’ve ever gotten here. One hour to wash and wax, people have come after me and are already gone. The service has really gone down hill here. They used to be quick and efficient guess those days are gone.
Great job and quick detail
Great deal for $21.00 a month I can wash our vehicles at multiple locations twice a day, I wish that the dryer system worked a little better but it’s cheap and convienent just carry a towel to dry it off with you. Other then that for the price it’s a great deal.

Nice people working there. Very clean. They vacuums work great.
I love coming here because the person who does greet me every time is super nice and helps me out. But when I get the full car wash it just falls short. I still end up having a ton of smudges on my window. The guy I had on Monday did not look like he wanted to be there. I keep coming here because it's close to me. But I know the places near PV mall will put in full effort where I just feel like here they are just trying to get us in and out. Hope this changes so I can keep coming here.
Fast, friendly, drove from Michigan and was covered in bugs. Loved the bug scrub station before the wash. $16 for 2 washes not bad.
