After calling about 7 other companys around town, I was finally able to reach someone. Yes on Thanksgiving day!! ..I had started cleaning up my place for a family dinner but with the kids running around and trying to cook..and especially since my signifigant other is recently deployed,Needless to say Im having a hard time adjusting. After reading the previous reviews, along with the name of the business, Clean Freak, I thought I would get a really good house cleaner. Wrong! She was here for 1 and a half hours and charged $50 for a very, very general cleaning. She didn't dust well or even move small things around to sweep the floor. I was very disappointed and felt like I got ripped off.
I was so happy to find Ms. April! We have just moved to the area and our home had not been open for a few months. The home was in need in a big dusting and wipe down. Ms. April went above and beyond and made time to come clean for us the same day I called. It was late and after she had a full day of work. I was more than pleased with her service and willing to come so late. Continued service with Clean Freak is a no brainer!!!!!!!! Thank you April. Michelle S. TN
Ms April services my 3 bedroom apartment every two weeks..Shes so kind and is at a reasonable price.I come in my apartment and it smells so good and clean. I'm a soldier,in the militarty and I'm out of town on the regular and when I come back from duty else where It's always a pleasure to have a clean house. She does not have to do the extras she does but Im greatful..She always leaves a hersey kiss on my pillows..
