There car wash broke and damaged 6 cars. They said they will pay for it and then when I got the 3 estimates they said wont cover it now. Dont ever take the chance.
Several months ago I went to the car wash Ive been a member of for over a year now. A person at the gate said they needed to verify my debit card on my account because they got a new system. I agreed. Went through the wash. And then noticed 2 months ago $34.99 was taken from my account by them. They usually draft $19.95. I told myself I would wait a month to see if $34.95 got drafted again without my permission and it did. Moo Moo Carwash on *****************************************. in ********, **** repeatedly discriminates against white people. There are customers using marajuana in their parking lot at all times of the day-everyday their open despite the security on site. There is a young lady working there 12/27/2021 that has threatened me physically and upon emailing the company I was only directed to speaking to her mng. whom is also unapproachable. This has been going on for over a year and only gets worse as time goes on.
STAY AWAY Went to the lancaster Ohio location with my brand new car with less the 2,000 miles on it for a wash. I sustained numerous scratches on the hood and top of my car. I filed a claim that same day sending numerous pictures. My claim was quickly denied with the below statement “ We have determined that the damage to your vehicle, 2021 Honda Passport was indeed not caused by our wash. Wanted to like this company but have been blamed for an accident that I didn't cause...I have canceled my membership and wanted to share my experience. buyer beware. I was in an accident this morning where the person behind me hit me as I was exiting the car wash. My car was stuck in neutral and the car behind was pushed forward by the conveyor belt into mine. BUYER BEWARE - CHECK FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!! Joined the $0.99 for 30 days promotion and was told, verbally & in writing, the cost would change to ~$32.99/month following the initial 30 day promotion time period. Cool! I calendared this for 28 days after originally signing up to cancel it, before the charge which was to occur (after the 30 days).
