I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received from Tania, an employee at Clean Eatz. This review is not about the food or the restaurant, but strictly about my interaction with her. It started over the phone when I called to ask simple questions about the meals. I wanted to know which meals had the most protein, and she rudely said they all have the same amount of protein, which I know is not true—some clearly have more than others. I have ordered here multiple occasions and each time I order the amount of food is incorrect. I ordered and paid for 6 ounces of shrimp and this is the third time I only received 2.3 ounces. I’m tired of having to bring my food back to get what I paid for.
If you haven't been to Clean Eatz yet, you are truly missing out! I had the Bison Burger with sweet potato fries—absolutely the perfect meal. The food is fresh and delicious, and the team is wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Highly recommend!
Clean Eatz is a lifesaver when you’re trying to eat healthy on a busy day. It’s amazing how hard it is to find good, clean options on the go, but this place delivers. Great food, great portions, and really great service. Friendly, fast, and consistently solid. Highly recommend!
