Never showed up or responded to emails after I signed an agreement for the work. Sent an invoice for payment before any work was done. Definitely not reliable or professional. Would give no star as rating. Saw that company responded saying they tried to contact me numerous times and offering me a discount which is NOT true. Never was offered the work at a discount so now the company is not truthful in regard to what transpired and there were not numerous times they tried to contact me. Austin is very professional and dependable. He explains in detail what he is doing and always informed me what needs to be done. Would highly recommend his services if you would like the job done right and to your satisfaction, as I have found it hard to find dependable, honest people to do a good job in his profession! Overall, Clean Dream did a good job cleaning house, gutters and pressure washing the driveway and sidewalks. Wasn't expecting the amount of dirt deposited on the lanai floor that had to be cleaned up or the leaf clogged front downspout at ground level. And, despite precautions, some dirty water was sprayed onto the cushions of our patio furniture. Had it not been for the few minor issues the rating would be 5 Star.
