Quincy or better know as Qui has the best hand for a fire fade. I'm Hispanic and have semi thin hair, and he makes my fades look cleaner than anyone that's ever cut my hair, and I've been through a lot of barbers. Qui is the only one that has been consistent every single time. He has a ton of experience, which helps him make really good recommendations and knows how to make you look good. Bad customer service. I went in one morning and asked if they had any openings that day. The guy told me no and his current appointment was late, then walked to the back. I called back to him asking if he had openings later, he just said no and didn't come back out. I sat in the car for 20 minutes looking up other barbers in the area, no one showed for their appointment. Turning away business is a solid business model I guess.
