Placed an order back in Feb to replace all windows throughout the house. Quoted 6-8 week turn time. Waited 8 weeks and followed up. Called 5-6 times and spoke to various people in the office and promised a call back which never happened. Finally got on with Joselyn who said they were following up with the manufacturer that was non-responsive for weeks.
