The entire experience with Clean CrawlSpace was pleasant and professional. From the initial estimate to writing up the work order to installation of the sump pumps – everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company.
Clean Crawlspace did a great job from start to finish including the initial free quote. I had them install a sump pump and french drains in my crawlspace and they completed the job in 3-4 days. They were booked up for a month but the wait was definitely worth it and I’m happy with the results. Only thing that I wasn’t sure about was the zoeller sump pump they installed, it didn’t really look like a brand new pump from what I could tell, but I forgot to ask.
My crawlspace had standing water show up during heavy rains. I had called clean crawlspace to send someone to take a look and suggest a fix. The crew was very patient and efficient, all the way from scheduling the appointments, communicating the issue, options for fix and pros and cons. They gave me a working solution to install a sump pump at a good rate compared to some other companies that suggested much more extensive and expensive fixes like French drains around the whole house.
