I had a scheduled in-home inspection with Brittany, to solidify new customer pricing, on Wednesday 8/5/20 at 5:30PM. Brittany texted me at 4PM on 8/5/20 to reschedule for today 8/7/20 at the same time, 5:30PM. I waited until almost 6:10PM on 8/7/20 before I texted her "Nevermind and I don't want to reschedule". I received NO response or apology. #UNprofessional!

You should have received an e-mail and text message stating that we would arrive sometime during that timeframe. We cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to the nature of our jobs.
