I started looking this past summer for a cleaner to come for bi-weekly cleaning. Of the three companies I contacted, Oswaldo was the only one to get back to me. He came the next day for a quote and addressed all of my questions and concerns -- totally professional. The team members clean very well and thoroughly, and the team leader takes responsibility for anything out of the ordinary that comes up.
