I had the move in clean. It seemed that my appt was forgotten since no one showed up and I had to call/text. Even though I got an update from the owner and he did do everything he could to make up for it (showed up himself to allow me to leave, gave me a discount) they still showed up almost 2 hours late. This did have a significant impact on my day. I also would’ve preferred to be able to stay and monitor the cleaning but due to them being late I had to change my plans around.
