Never finished, had to hire someone else. Very poor communication.
Started off great, then service went down hill. Cleaners didn't have the supplies they needed to do the job (broken vacuum and often ran out of cleaning supplies). Owner never returned phone calls, then said he "didn't receive" the email I sent when I complained of missing items immediately after cleaning team had left (was actually the third time I suspected ladies were stealing from us, which is why we got the nanny cam). Mike and his crew have been cleaning my house for years. They always do an exceptional job and are always so kind. I refer them to everyone I know and everyone who I have referred loves them. If you’re looking for someone to tidy up your home give them a call!
Clean as a Whistle didn't end up cleaning our condo because after them running 45 minutes late and then going to the wrong address, I just told them to forget it. This service seems incompetently run and I'm shocked they're able to stay in business.
