This company installed a radon remediation system for our condo unit in 2016. Radon levels remained too high. The *** recommends homes be fixed if the radon level is 4 pCi/L (picocurries per liter) or more. The company was not successful in reducing radon to an acceptable level, and it was way too hard to get them to respond to my emails.

As a Realtor I have used Clean Air Radon several times over the past year. They have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations with customer service and professionalism. Their pricing has always been competitive and they consistently strive to accommodate timelines. They are honest and stand behind their work. I could not give them a higher recommendation if you're looking for radon testing or mitigation.

They did an excellent job from initial contact to the final project. The actual mitigation process took only a couple of hours- the work was carefully done with minimum interruption and no debris left in the condo. Tests were fully documented in easy-to-understand terminology. I have no reservations about recommending them. The cost was well below what I had expected.

We had a passive system that the home builder installed when the house was built. I did a DIY radon test and it came back high. I called this company and they came out to install the fan in the attic and install a reader in the basement. They were really nice, did the job quickly and professionally.
