Isaac did a great job, he explained each step of the process. They cleaned up after the job. The first night after cleaning the vents I didn't notice any stuffed up nose symptoms. The 2nd night I'm still breathing much better. Especially, given all the recent rain I didn't know how long it would take to breathe better. They have done an excellent job and I'll be referring them to all my friends and family.
They were incredibly professional and friendly and basically prevented my dryer from blowing out or my house from burning down. I was new in my home and had learned one of the houses in our development had burned down from a dryer vent blockage. Itzik found a terrible dryer vent blockage in my new (to me) home.
