Overall I am happy with having the A/C ducts cleaned but I have a little bit of an uneasy feeling about the tech that was in charge. (He had an assistant who was sincerely nice but the main tech came across a little untrustworthy). I was quoted a price over the phone for A/C duct cleaning that I agreed to and then when the tech showed up he said he saw "spores, though he is not allowed to use the word mold because they are not a mold remediation company". JJ and Mike are amazing!! Before moving into our new home we had them come out to clean out the air vents! It was so bad we had to do a pretreatment!! Boy was it worth it. These guys were professional and certainly knew what they were doing!! Would use them again! Highly recommend them!
J.j and Mike were so very professional and polite. My vent was extremely clogged and it was in terrible condition. They both went above to educate me and properly clean it out. I was right to be worried and now I can fix it wo being scared about a fire. Thanks guys!
