Car wash is great. The dog wash however, needs someone or something there to make sure people are cleaning the tub after washing their dog. Every time I go there, I spend a great deal of time (and money) cleaning out a tub before I even get my dog in it, removing clumps of wet hair so the tub won't get clogged up while I'm washing my dog. Either make the tub cleaning feature free or have an attendant there to keep this type of thing from happening. Horribly owned business. This winter I went there to wash my truck and when I got out to get change from the machine I slipped and fell on black ice and severely hurt myself. Laying there in pain, with the owner present- he saw me and did nothing. It was so slippery I couldn't even get up off the thick ice. I laid there and finally got enough strength to slide myself over to a PVC pipe railing to help myself up. He finally came over after several minutes and asked if I was ok.
