Ten out of ten! Great communication with the team, amazing clean, cleaners were really nice and thoughtful and professional. All around great service!
They cleaned my two bathrooms, kitchen and living room, the two of them were there for an hour and I was charged $180 with a six month contract or else I would have paid $405 for a standard cleaning. Premium cleaning would have been $575, so much! The discount for that is $234. When you get on contract for 6 months. So I stuck with standard and considering how small my apartment is, I could have found somewhere cheaper. The woman didn’t speak English which makes things awkward for me, personally. I hope you think twice going with this company. A 3 hour cleaning for my home was done within 1 hour just a horrible job. Management displayed no ownership and resolution refusing to refund and backing out of their word to make up the service after the validated the horrible job. We provided 30 pics and videos. I would never use them! I would be careful guys!
We tried perfect clean for about a year and were hoping we'd find cleaners we liked and could stick with but every team was very inconsistent. Several cleanings resulted in damage as well, that was not communicated, and clearly did not follow provided instructions like using non-abrasive cleaners on bathroom counters. In addition, each time something was not cleaned (once a shower was skipped, another the underside of the toilet bowl wasn't touched, etc.). To Whom It May Concern, This letter serves as a formal demand for a full refund of the $437.75 I paid for a "deep cleaning" service performed by The Perfect Clean. The service provided fell significantly below the standards advertised and agreed upon, constituting a material breach of contract. The cleaning crew assigned to my home failed to properly clean the upstairs and did not adequately clean the downstairs at all.
