HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I do currently stay here, and I wouldn’t wish this on anybody. The apartments may look nice but the structure of the apartment is horrendous. Big fat roaches & bees during the summer. The outlets just cutting off by themselves. Jessica NEVER answers her phone and she the property manager. Don’t let me get started on Sharonda, she just be trying get people in don’t even be caring then when you call she always speaks over you. Let’s not talk about the structural roof damage.
The management team has a really quick response time and have a great selection of rental units, different sizes & different parts of town.
CLE Turnkey Real Estate has been an excellent company to rent from. Their properties are well maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.
