This location botched my U Haul pickup. I got a confirmation email from them the day before saying my truck would be guaranteed ready. When I arrived the morning of my pickup, the truck was not ready and the staff would not have arrived for another two hours. Thank goodness the nearby full U Haul store had one more available truck for me, otherwise my entire cross state move would have been derailed.
We store equipment here, and Cameron makes everything go easy. Clean building, good security, lighting and service. Best storage outfit in downtown Cleveland! Paul Bossman Harlow Properties and Management
Cameron is the best. He just makes it easy. We now have 2 storage units prepaid for a year. Thank you
