Absolutely the worst clinic I’ve ever dealt with. Appointments are a mess, follow-ups are nonexistent, and the doctors show zero skill or professionalism. They repeatedly fail to send lab orders or prescriptions to the right place, leaving patients to waste trips for nothing. More than once, we arrived at the lab only to find that Celebrating Life Community never sent the required paperwork. The same careless mistakes happen with medications. This place is nothing but a waste of time, energy, and trust.
I called made an appointment to get a physical exam and a copy of my immunizations. The nurse practitioner says we don't do that that what do you do? We see children and perscribe medication if needed. Then why do I have you as my primary provider? Well you can choose who you want to go to with her broken english. Sano never did that to me they would do my physical give me a copy check my file to see what immunizations I need updated and refer me to another location to get it done like quest diagnostics.
