I think I'm going to seek another provider moving forward. Lisa Macias is good at her job but, lately I'm starting to feel uncomfortable and a bit frustrated with my phone call visit when they started bringing in a trainee who talked to me the whole time and I've never had a word with Lisa. I would appreciate if the provider introduced the other person who would listen to our conversation and ask for my approval. These guys do a fantastic job of taking care of their patients, super flexible, accommodating, and very down-to-earth care from all providers, as well as the staff at the facility. Exceptionally grateful for my PCP Lisa for her uplifting energy and thoughtful consideration each time I see her. The same could be said for the other staff here including the other physician, Hanna, who also does an equally outstanding job. All in all, I am very grateful for my experience at CLCHC, family-friendly service and very professional.
