I just got the manicure that is the worst I Have ever gotten I will not return
The first two experiences were very good. They included basic manicure, pedicure and polish. Each time was with a different tech. The last time I went, one tech did my toenails and Kayla did my nails. She said they were shorthanded that day but my manicure seemed very rushed. Without asking my preference for length she cut my nails very short and when I asked for a neutral polish she applied one without showing me the color. My dip nails peeled in less than a week. When I went in to make an appointment to re-do them the response was unnecessarily rude, hostile and argumentative. She said she wouldn’t remove the dip, that I must wash my hands too much and that I needed to find somewhere else!
