6 times a day, they continue trying to charge our account for a room that we paid for, directly to the hotel. I suggest everyone go read the BBB complaints on this company. Atrocious!
You cannot get hold of Credit remittance, Accounting is useless. the greeting says your call is important to us! you guys are like a joke!! I will be gladly cancelling future clclodging reservations!
