Had a nice young guy guide me through the process of filing insurance on some water damage below my bath and made me feel very comfortable. I would never have anyone else work on my home
Would like to leave a better review for Chris, as he was very prompt and communicated well at first. He arrived at the agreed time and let me know what issues needed addressed and let me know a part was needed to fix the shower leak. He asked to come back the next day and this is when the problem starts. I called him two times the next day with VMs and I got no response. I then texted him which he didn’t reply to. Our disposal was very clogged. Chris was very responsive and arrived on time. He worked hard and was very neat. He fixed the disposal and related drainage issues. His charge was reasonable. Chris also made some helpful suggestions. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.
