I have rented boats, kayaks, etc for years from Claytor Lake Water Sports. We’re always given very detailed safety instructions and information, and they’re always beyond kind and helpful. The people who operate this business are people that our community is very lucky to have. What a great company. A company with integrity, helpful, knowledgeable about the lake. I had friends in from out of state and brought them to Claytor Lake to spend the day kayaking on Saturday. Unfortunately the skies opened up to a long lasting thunderstorm with hail. We waited an hour and then asked if we could switch out the rental for Sunday morning. No problem at all. Sunday was perfection. We will definitely be back next year!

Awesome staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. We have been going to them for years for an annual large group event and every year the customer service has been top notch.
