Called him up ,short explanation on phone. Guy shows up within the hour. Listened to me and didn't make me feel dumb . After a little bit he changed a part and im a happy customer Update. Two years later. Unit was freezing up called em and next morning they were here and had it up and running in about an hour. This company is about the best I have ever seen. I recently realized my 26 year old a/c was going out and began calling for quotes around the Rockport area. Clayton's came out and gave me a quote that was more competitive than any other local company. A week later they were at my house replacing both the a/c unit and the air handler. He helped me register the unit and even hard wired my thermostat without me asking. They were super professional and had the work done in half a day. I highly recommend calling them if you're looking for a/c work.

Called Clayton’s on my way to grab breakfast for my family. They were working at home in the heat. KC showed up before I arrived back home. It was diagnosed and fixed before we even sat down for breakfast. What a blessing! Pricing was fair and reasonable too! Going to continue to use them and recommend them!
