There's a special place in Hell for You Dr Turner. I hope you enjoy it. I have been waiting since January for Dr. Turner to write a surgical procedure to repair a bad disk in my back. It's now June. I'm in sever pain. I can't walk in the mornings with out severe life changing pain. He still hasn't written a medical order after 6 months.
