My son had a condition in his sinuses that puzzled many doctors since birth,by the time he was about 9 years old I took him to Dr. Clayton, he took a cat scan and within weeks had surgery,he is doing wonderfully,but I sure wish I had taken him to dr Clayton in the first place! They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Dr. Clayton was friendly and welcoming and greeted all patients in the waiting room. The staff was very kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the whole experience that much better. Every other review- not an over statement. I've seen ENT's in many areas in the east coast, and Doctor Clayton has the most positive personality and is happy to sit through and answer my meticulous questions time and time again. He and the staff go out of their ways to be accommodating, coming in early for patients who need to see him quickly and scheduling for college kids based on their limited returns home, even when last minute.
