These are nice places. I remember when they first built them. Nice location but the waiting list is long. That's because most of the people that live here have been there from the beginning, it's such a nice neighborhood.
This place is the worst, especially the lazy maintenance guy who deliberately takes his time. I don’t understand why this place hasn’t been audited, investigated, or anything the regional government needs to do better to oversee this site. They deliberately take their time.
I been here for 3 days and love the apartment but very unhappy how the bathtub did not look clean the toilets have dirt rings in them the food compactor sounds awful and to top it off I have no heat which I was given 2 heaters to run up my electric bill not good for someone just moving in
Oh boy where do I begin with this horrible operation. I can't believe they even receive state funds, Conifer Realty, LLC should be audited and investigated by state and federal authorities.
